Overall the car is in great shape. It has some scuffs here and there but no cracks or breaks in the plastic.

See photos of the roof to see the most scratches. The car was played with and it shows. The car is fast and fun to drive.

The tilt functions work fine. Sometimes you have to hold the button to make it stay up but it works. The up & down function works great. I recently bought a new charger for the car because I lost the original one. The replacement charger I bought is from RadioShack and is the correct voltage for the battery.

The remote works great and runs on batteries. Batteries for the remote are not included. The original box is included as well as the foam that the car fits onto.

The antennae is bent on the car to fit in the box, it doesnt affect the performance of the car. Its a ton of fun.
