The car is 26 long. Only superficial small scuffs noted on body but they are hard to see. The passenger door handle actuates but doesnt disengage the latch.

You can open it easily by using a small screwdriver to slip in the slot and disengage the latch. Probably just needs an adjustment to work properly. The trunk and front hoods open pretty tightly. They are plastic, so use care when opening them by pulling them up close to the hinges very carefully. If you do this, they work fine. All functions that i know of were tested. (Revving of engine, honk horn, left and right steer, and forward and back motion).
